These videos recorded at the Weavers' Club in Sherborne, at the Royal Hotel in Western Super Mare and at the Jolly Sailor in Teignmouth. The musicians on these videos are the same as on the audio recordings with the exception of the pianist.

'I got the Stinger'  is a rather risque song written by Jabbo Smith and recorded  by him when he was only 20 years old.

'Little Willie Blues' was also written by Jabbo. Schoolboy humour always takes over when we play this one.

'Till times get better' is another Jabbo song, this time lamenting the fact that, because of the Prohibition, things are getting tough.

'Doctor Jazz' is an old favourite. As well as playing numbers written by Jabbo Smith we we are keen to play some which reassure the audience by their familiarity.

'After you've gone'  Another popular song familiar to all.

'Ace of Rhythms'  A rousing number written by Jabbo. The pianist here is Dave Soby.

'Skid-dat-de-dat'  John Beecham switches from tuba to trombone so that we can play in the style of Louis Armstrong's Hot Five.

'Absolutely'  This is a lovely song written by Jabbo Smith and recorded by him in 1938. Plalying the piano in this performance is Phil Blandford.
